They are steady against action of excited mediums (acids, alkalis, oxidizers, solvents, a moisture, sea water, radiation) are efficient in an interval of temperatures from -60⁰ С up to +150⁰ С.

     Varnishes on the basis of soluble flurorine polymers are intended for reception of highly effective sheetings on metals, fibreglasses, plastic, wood, rubber, glass, and other materials.
 
     Coverings on the basis of these varnishes have high anticorrosive and protective properties, do not swell in water. They are steady against acid and alkaline medium (98 %-s' nitric acid, 37 %-s' hydrochloric acid, 50 %-s' acetic acid, 50-98 %-s' sulfuric acid, 50-90 %-s' phosphoric acid, 40 %-s' solution caustic ), and also are steady against aggressive gases and the steams containing fluoric hydrogen, oxidizers etc. aggressive components.
 
     Application of coverings of fluoropolymers varnishes:
 
     Coverings of fluoropolymers lacguerss apply to protection against corrosion, gaseways, fans, exhaust cases, probes, capacities, tanks, and the same equipment working in excited medium in various chemical manufactures. Its apply as very high-quality resistant and heat-resistant coverings in electronics, optics, atomic engineering and at the enterprises of a power complex, in the food-processing industry, for protection of capacities and filters by manufacture of beer, vine sand etc. products.
 
     As a basis of a varnish Fluorpolymes-32L, 32LN, 42L. Lacqeurs LF-32L from F- 32L has a low crystallinity, and is one of the best damp-proof lacquers. Humidity permeability of coverings of F-32L is equal 0,16*10-15 kg / (с*м*Pа) , it is in 30 times less, than humidity permeability of polythene, it is 40-60 times less, than humidity permeability epoxy varnishes. Coverings of a varnish have good anticorrosive, dielectric and optical properties. The covering is well washed from radioactive pollution.
 
     Also on a basis F-32L make varnish LFE-32LNH modified epoxy oligomers. Application of such compositions allows to keep the basic, inherent fluoropolymers, properties (water -and chemical stability(resistance), elasticity antiadhesive properties, etc.) and at the same time considerably raises adhesion of coverings. Adhesion to metals grows in 4-6 times and is kept at long influence (up to 500 h) boiling water. Rather low temperatures of hardening of compositions allows to render them not only on metals, but also on various other materials, including on a wood, plastic, rubbers.

     The following characteristics of coverings and films LFE-32 LNH are taken from references:
 
     Durability at a stretching of kgp/sm: at +20⁰ С 100-140; at +60⁰ С -25;
     Relative lengthening at break, %: at +20⁰ С 250-300; +60⁰ С - 650-750;
     Tangent of a corner of dielectric losses (tg ): at 10⁶ hertz. 0,041; At 10³ hertz 0,030;
     Specific volumetric resistance (qv), Ом.см.: 6*10¹⁴
     Electric durability (Е), кV/мм.: 80-100.
 
     Methods of cover fluoropolymers-epoxy and fluoropolymers lacquers.
 
     Varnishes cover casting, a brush, a spray or a machine.
 
     For improvement of adhesion and in some cases for removal of internal pressure a covering after coating first and last layers subject heat treatment. Increase of adhesion reach sandblasting of a covered surface, phosphatization or chromium plating of a surface, use PVB- phosphatization and epoxy paint primers.
 
     At application of the given varnish as protection of products against influence of aggressive chemical environments it is recommended to create multilayered coverings (epoxy primer, fluoropolymers-epoxy, fluoropolymers ) consisting of 5-10 layers, optimum thickness of one layer from 10 up to 20 microns. Multilayered coverings considerably stronger, than single-layered. Duration of drying of one layer at 20-25⁰ С makes 45-60 minutes, at 50-100⁰ С - 30-45 minutes. Duration of drying of all covering not less than 6 hours at 100⁰ С and about 10-15 day at 20-50⁰ С.
 
     Creation of coverings from fluoropolymers is one of perspective directions of development thermostabillity, chemically proof, anticorrosive coverings.
