Fluoropolymers lacquers Varnishes on the basis of soluble flurorine polymers are intended for reception of highly effective sheetings on metals, fibreglasses, plastic, wood, rubber, glass, and other materials. Coverings on the basis of these varnishes have high anticorrosive and protective properties, do not swell in water. They are steady against acid and alkaline medium (98 %-s' nitric acid, 37 %-s' hydrochloric acid, 50 %-s' acetic acid, 50-98 %-s' sulfuric acid, 50-90 %-s' phosphoric acid, 40 %-s' solution caustic ), and also are steady against aggressive gases and the steams containing fluoric hydrogen, oxidizers etc. aggressive components. As a basis of a varnish Fluorpolymes-32L, 32LN, 42L. Lacqeurs LF-32L from F- 32L has a low crystallinity, and is one of the best damp-proof lacquers. Humidity permeability of coverings of F-32L is equal 0,16*10-15 kg / (с*м*Pа) , it is in 30 times less, than humidity permeability of polythene, it is 40-60 times less, than humidity permeability epoxy varnishes. Coverings of a varnish have good anticorrosive, dielectric and optical properties. The covering is well washed from radioactive pollution. Also on a basis F-32L make varnish LFE-32LNH modified epoxy oligomers. Application of such compositions allows to keep the basic, inherent fluoropolymers, properties (water -and chemical stability(resistance), elasticity antiadhesive properties, etc.) and at the same time considerably raises adhesion of coverings. Adhesion to metals grows in 4-6 times and is kept at long influence (up to 500 h) boiling water. At application of the given varnish as protection of products against influence of aggressive chemical environments it is recommended to create multilayered coverings (epoxy primer, fluoropolymers-epoxy, fluoropolymers ) consisting of 5-10 layers, optimum thickness of one layer from 10 up to 20 microns. Multilayered coverings considerably stronger, than single-layered. Duration of drying of one layer at 20-250 С makes 45-60 minutes, at 50-1000 С - 30-45 minutes. Duration of drying of all covering not less than 6 hours at 1000 С and about 10-15 day at 20-500 С. Creation of coverings from fluoropolymers is one of perspective directions of development thermostabillity, chemically proof, anticorrosive coverings.
